We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original DANIHA packaging along with all internal wrappers, brand tags, and invoices intact.
Unaltered State: The fabric must be completely unwashed, unused, uncut, and unstitched. Any material that has been altered, tailored, or customized from its original shipped state will not be eligible for an exchange under any circumstance.
Valid Reason: Exchanges are strictly applicable to articles that possess manufacturing defects, transit damage, or if the wrong design/color variant was mistakenly dispatched from our end.
The following instances and items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Any fabric that has been treated with water, detergents, or altered by a tailor.
Minor color variations due to photographic lighting sources or your device’s screen settings.
Discontinued articles or items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or promotional events (unless a severe manufacturing defect is verified).
No Cash Refunds: As a standard brand policy, DANIHA does not offer direct cash refunds.
Store Credit / Exchange: If your exchange request is verified and approved, we will gladly dispatch a fresh replacement article of the same value. In the rare event that the specific design is out of stock, we will issue a store credit/voucher that you can utilize for your next purchase on our website.
If you have received a faulty article, please follow these simple steps to start your process:
Take clear, high-resolution photographs or a short video highlighting the specific manufacturing defect or the wrong item received.
Drop us an official email at info@daniha.shop within 7 days of delivery.
Include your Full Name, Order Number, Contact Number, and attach the media files showing the defect.
Our quality control team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and guide you regarding the reverse shipment address.
Defective Items: If the product is faulty or wrongly dispatched by DANIHA, we will gladly bear the reverse courier charges or coordinate a hassle-free swap.
Preference Changes: If you wish to exchange an item purely based on a personal change of preference, the customer will be responsible for packing and shipping the product back to our facility safely, alongside covering all relevant delivery fees.
